What is included in the price we quote:

All linen, bath towels, crockery etc.
All cottages have:

  • Electric or gas stoves
  • A fridge or two
  • A microwave oven

There is limited deep freeze space available.
The maids will tidy up daily (dishes, make beds etc.….)

What you need to bring:

Your own swimming towels. 
Your own beverages and bait. 

Braai charcoal / wood

Shops and fuel stations are in Willowvale, 46km away so do not leave anything behind.  

On site extras
Washing can be arranged for an extra R100 per day.

We can supply a dedicated maid / nanny for an additional R140 per day. (Please pay the staff directly)

INQUIRIES
We push out about 60 quotations a month for the various cottages, and these are booked on a simple basis of first to pay a deposit secures the unit.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
A deposit of 50% of the rental cost is to be paid to secure your booking. The balance should be paid before arrival.


If you are booking for a rental within the next 7 days we require the full payment to secure your booking. 


Please note we do not have credit card facilities on site and prefer not to take cash payments except for the maid’s services.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation 15 days or more from arrival date: Full refund.
Cancellation 14 days or less from arrival date: 50% refund of DEPOSIT AMOUNT (less handling fees).
Peak Period Cancellation 7 days or less from arrival date no refund of Deposit.

LARGE GROUPS
The DolphinView Trust properties together are one of the biggest self-catering sites, by number of beds, in the area. If you have a group of more than 8 people, then it is wise to contact us as early as possible to secure your accommodation.

ENVIRONMENT

WASTE DISPOSAL
We can safely dispose of most waste generated on the property but there are a few things we cannot dispose of, and ask that you take these items home to dispose of properly:

  • GLASS (INCL BOTTLES)
  • MEDICAL WASTE (ALL FORMS)
  • BABY NAPPIES



WATER USE


There is no getting away from it – weather patterns have changed, and the Eastern Cape is no longer blessed with wet winters. While we have increased the amount of rainwater we can store we still need the rain to fill them.

We have to be careful to manage this resource all year round.
